REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

To ensure we can process your refund or replacement effectively follow the refund and returns below.

Products can be returned:

(a) If contact lens are supplied to the wrong specification or are supplied damaged. Oyooni may not be held responsible if you are intolerant to any contact lens or contact lens products you have ordered. If you believe your goods are faulty or damaged please state this when you contact us. Our Contact Lens Department will then send you return packaging. However Oyooni will not be responsible for any contact lens or contact lens products that are damaged due to mishandling. If our Quality Control department find that there is a manufacturing fault we will issue you with replacement contact lenses. If we have no replacement contact lenses available then you will be given a refund.

(b) We will credit your account once the Product(s) have been received by us and has been checked to ensure that the returns policy has been correctly adhered to. As soon as this is completed we will refund the full amount paid. Please note that we can only make refunds to the card that was used to place the original order.
